Future Development

IGL's strategy is to seek to:

• Commence initial gas sales from CBM production from at least one property by the end of 2008.

• Secure routes to market with a focus on electricity generation and access to the gas network.

• Continue gathering data and production experience to allow a proportion of GIIP to be classified as “recoverable resource”.

• Fulfil well obligations on licences as necessary to secure ownership into upcoming second terms.

• Apply for acreage, together with Nexen, in the recently announced 13th licensing round.
